Nature Immersion: Deep Relationship with the Natural World

  • Palo Corona Regional Park 4860 Carmel Valley Road Carmel-by-the-Sea, CA, 93923 United States (map)

Walking slowly and sensing Earth and all her beings can refresh, inspire, and even heal our bodies, hearts, and minds. With invitations from the practice of Shinrin-yoku (Forest Bathing), participants are guided into a way of mindfully relating with the world around and inside of us – evoking a deep sense of relaxation, belonging, and sometimes, awe.
