Mindful Moment: Stretch!

While you're at it, why not turn your head to the left and to the right, then tip your chin down and roll over to one should and then the other... or just check in with how you're feeling and do any stretch or movement that feels good right now.

It's amazing how wonderful it can feel to move your body, especially if you've been sitting for a while. Enjoy this sensation of stretch and looseness in the body.
